About the Role
We are seeking experienced Fabricators / Boilermakers for a full-time casual role. You will fabricate, assemble and weld structural steel components, interpreting engineering drawings and working safely to deliver high-quality products on time. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with a skilled team on ongoing projects across construction, mining and infrastructure. This role offers several months of consistent work with potential for extension.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in steel fabrication and welding in an industrial workshop
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and shop plans accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Experience in structural steel, frames, gantries or similar fabrication projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tickets & Licences
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker) or equivalent
- Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding
- White Card and other high-risk licences an advantage
- Forklift or EWP tickets highly regarded
