Are you passionate about precision engineering and skilled in CNC machining? We're seeking five dedicated CNC Operators/Setters to join our client's dynamic team in Brisbanes Southern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine, manufacture, and modify components according to detailed drawings and work orders using CNC machines.
• Maintain meticulous records of work orders and ensure that completed work meets quality standards.
• Operate and set up 3, 4, and 5-axis machines independently, with proficiency in programming for 3 and 4 axes.
• Maintenance of machinery is conducted as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide on-the-job training to lower-level CNC Machinists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Uphold safety procedures and regulations, maintaining a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality standards and ensure smooth workflow continuity.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques and processes, with troubleshooting abilities.

• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Some Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent.
• Completed technical and on-the-job training, including inspector training.
• Proven experience operating, setting up, and programming CNC machines, with proficiency in 3 and 4 axis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
