Are you a skilled Electrician looking for a well-paid role with diverse projects and opportunities for growth? CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to join our client’s team with installing CCTV systems in an aged care facility in Mackay. If you’re after variety, competitive pay, and a chance to showcase your expertise, this is the role for you!

What’s in It for You?

• Hourly Rate: $65 + penalties
• Travel Allowance: $30 per day
• Project Location: Mackay
• Start date: Monday 31st March 2025
• Duration: 6 months, could extend longer

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As part of our client’s team, you’ll take on a range of electrical tasks, including:

• Commercial electrical fit outs
• Rough-in installations and underground/decking work
• Cable pulling, stripping, and installations
• Lighting and power setups
• Data and communication system installations
• New construction electrical projects
• Leadership opportunities as you develop in the company

What You’ll Need:

• Current Electrical Licence
• CPR/LVR Certification
• White/Blue Industry Construction Card
• Open drivers licence
• Open Cablers Licence or strong data/comms experience
• Availability to start in April 2025

Additional Qualifications (Highly Regarded, but Not Essential):

• Working at Heights certification
• High-Risk Work License (HRW – WP) or Yellow EWP License
• Confined Space training
