DIDO Electrical Supervisor

CrewSELECT are looking for an experienced DIDO Electrical Supervisor for a permanent full-time position to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on industrial construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and demonstrate exceptional leadership and organisational abilities. This is a hands-on role where you will be mentoring a team on-site, collaborating directly with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of electrical projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

As a DIDO Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and repairs on-site, managing teams of 3 to 10 while ensuring work meets project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth execution, address issues, and maintain a positive, productive team environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and providing ongoing training and support.

  • Competitive Renumeration: $55 + Penalties + 10% hourly uplift + Super + LAHA + Vehicle/Fuel.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, offering stability and career advancement.
  • Hours: 12 hour days.
  • Location: Office based in the Joondalup and surrounds area (NOR) 
  • Roster: 10:4 roster – Mob Tuesday to following Thursday 
  • Team Size: 3 to 10 people
  • Site: Multiple projects – Sites will change after completion of each project.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience working in a similar position within the industrial environment.
  • Exposure to water treatment and process infrastructure construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in industrial electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Tickets and Licenses Required:

  • WA Electrical License.
  • Section 44/Schedule 26 Supervisor Certificate.
  • Construction card.
  • Drivers license.
  • LVR/CPR within 12 months.
  • Instrumentation certificate – not mandatory.
