We are seeking an experienced FIFO Commercial Construction Project Manager, (ideally experience working on BHP sites) to oversee and manage large-scale commercial construction projects. The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in project management, construction methodologies, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain project efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on project performance and financials.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in FIFO commercial construction project management (5+ years preferred).
• Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project demands.
• Experience working in FIFO roles or remote project environments is highly desirable. BHP experience HIGHLY regarded
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Procore).
