About the role
CrewSELECT is seeking 4 experienced Hazardous Area Electricians to join the build and commissioning phase of a major Gas Compressor Station project in Miles, QLD. Secure a high-paying project opportunity with an attractive 2:1 roster, 11-hour days and accommodation and meals provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, terminate and test power and control cabling
- Complete HV terminations and electrical testing
- Install and test fibre optic systems
- Install, inspect and work on hazardous area rated equipment
- Support commissioning, testing and project completion activities
Qualifications/Experience required
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence and CPR/LVR
- Cert IV Hazardous Areas or current EEHA Refresher (within 3 years)
- Construction White Card
- Reliable transport for DIDO mobilisation
- GTA, 4WD experience or Cert IV Instrumentation advantageous
