CrewSELECT is excited to partner with a leading business in the commercial irrigation and reticulation industry to find their next Human Resources Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive HR professional to grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and strategies.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle.
- Advise and support on employee and industrial relations matters.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and oversee performance management processes.
- Deliver HR initiatives aligned with the business's strategic objectives.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Qualifications: A degree in HR, Employee Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR or recruitment, with proven success in HR advisory or generalist roles.
- Skills: Knowledge of industrial legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements, and exceptional communication abilities.
- Attributes: Resilience, a hands-on approach, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Licences: A valid driver’s licence (mandatory) and a white card (desirable).
