Our Client in the Oil and Gas industry seek an experienced Rig Materials Coordinator to join their Wangara team on a full time basis. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient and economical movement of parts, equipment and documentation
• Process documentation for goods inwards received from external suppliers
• Process parts and equipment returned from the field
• Liaise with shipping and transport companies to ensure collection and delivery deadlines are maintained
• Maintain stock levels
• Maintaining Equipment registers and Certification Data Bases
• Assist the Rig Manager in sourcing equipment
• Ensure all goods are received and receipted against freight manifests on location and items are labeled and stored appropriately in the warehouse

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role preferable in the oil and gas industry
• Dangerous Goods Awareness Training

Competencies:

• High Risk Licence (Forklift)
• Certificate IV Warehouse, Transport and Distribution (or similar) – not essential
• Drivers Licence

What's in it for you?

• Full time position
• $80,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
