About the Role
We seek a skilled Mechanical Tradesperson to join a dynamic team in a permanent, full-time role. This position is crucial in ensuring the reliable operation of work centres, facilities, and site equipment. You will play a key role in maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement initiatives while working in a safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate ERP systems for workflow management
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical equipment.
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory
- Apply risk management practices such as LOTO, Take 5, and Permit to Work
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to support maintenance activities
What You Need
- Trade Qualification – Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) or equivalent
- Experience with PLC-controlled filling and packaging equipment
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities
- High-risk work licences – Forklift, Rigging & Dogging, EWP (desirable)
- Confined Space & Working at Heights certification (desirable)
- Basic machining, welding, and fabrication skills
- Ability to read P&ID diagrams, operating manuals, and engineering specifications
