Mobile Plant Operators | Temp-to-Perm | $48-$50/hr + Penalties

Our client is looking for skilled Mobile Plant Operators to join their team. These roles offer stable, long-term employment with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates. If you have experience with ROM Loaders, Production Loaders, or Final Trim Loaders, we want to hear from you!

Shifts & Pay:

✅ 3 x Day Shift Positions
✅ 2 x Afternoon Shift Position
✅ $48-$50 per hour + penalties & shift allowances

Key Responsibilities:

�� Operate mobile plant machinery in line with safety and competency requirements
�� Conduct pre-start checks, risk assessments, and ensure safe work practices
�� Perform general labouring and maintenance tasks as required
�� Work efficiently as part of a team to meet site requirements
�� Report faults, hazards, or unsafe conditions promptly

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience operating heavy machinery
✔ Valid loader & plant operation tickets (ROM Loader, Production Loader, Final Trim capabilities)
✔ Strong safety awareness and compliance with workplace policies
✔ Ability to perform basic maintenance & troubleshooting on equipment
✔ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
