Key Responsibilities
- Supervise plumbing crews and subcontractors on commercial construction projects
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure works are completed to schedule
- Manage safety compliance and maintain high site standards
- Liaise with Project Managers, builders and other trades on-site
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and quality checks
- Assist with planning labour, materials and workflow coordination
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Plumbing Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Foreman
- Commercial construction plumbing experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage crews, schedules and site coordination effectively
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and commercial site requirements
- Trade qualification in Plumbing
- White Card and relevant tickets/licences
