Project Manager | Operations Manager – Plumbing

Due to continued growth, CrewSELECT are seeking an experienced and highly motivated motivated Project Manager | Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a leading plumbing company known for in delivering high-quality commercial and residential plumbing solutions.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily plumbing operations, ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and adherence to company standards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, co
  • Lead, mentor, and support the plumbing team, including technicians, apprentices, and supervisors, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability, working with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and cost control.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and implement best practices for continuous business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, safety incidents, compliance requirements, and performance metrics for operational transparency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Project Manager or Operations Manager in a similar role.
  • Relevant plumbing trade qualifications and/or project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a disciplined manner in a high risk/consequence environment
  • Common sense, strong ethics and good personal judgment.
  • High personal standards and good communication skills.
  • Ability to think and respond swiftly and calmly when under pressure.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders in an UN-emotive, measured and professional manner.
