Due to continued growth, CrewSELECT are seeking an experienced and highly motivated motivated Project Manager | Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a leading plumbing company known for in delivering high-quality commercial and residential plumbing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plumbing operations, ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and adherence to company standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

- Lead, mentor, and support the plumbing team, including technicians, apprentices, and supervisors, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery and issue resolution.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability, working with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and cost control.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and implement best practices for continuous business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, safety incidents, compliance requirements, and performance metrics for operational transparency.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Project Manager or Operations Manager in a similar role.
- Relevant plumbing trade qualifications and/or project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a disciplined manner in a high risk/consequence environment
- Common sense, strong ethics and good personal judgment.
