CrewSELECT is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading Perth-based roofing company specialising in custom high-end residential metal roofing. As they continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Roofing Site Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the roof plumbing teams across multiple jobs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Provide job specific instructions to personnel on daily basis and monitor progress of works
• Maintain quality standards through inspections of roofing and plumbing work
• Manage call ups, conduct site visits and roof measures
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• Place orders for materials and coordinate deliveries
• Interpreting and marking up plans
• Manage all OHS requirements such as JSA’s, site safety inductions, project OHS documentation
• Ensure that all personnel are properly trained on the use of appropriate equipment

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Extensive knowledge in all aspects of Roof Plumbing, Roof Sheeting and Flashings
• Team player and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to problem solve, think outside the box and get the job done
• Ability to communicate at all levels, including staff, customers, suppliers, builders and other supervisors
• Broad knowledge of OHS Practices and have an understanding of Safe Work Practices in the Roof Plumbing industry
• High level of competency with computer skills including use in Outlook, Word and Excel

Benefits & Remuneration:

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000 per annum + 11.5% superannuation (commensurate with experience).
• Company vehicle and fuel card provided.

Qualifications & Licences:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Roof Plumbing Certificate (preferred).
• Working at Heights certification.
• White card.
