We are supporting our client in their search for an Admin/Coordinator for their Maddington office.


About the Role

Join a busy electrical business supporting day-to-day operations across scheduling, coordination, and administration. You’ll be the key link between the office, field teams, and clients, ensuring jobs run smoothly from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule technicians across multiple projects
  • Manage job bookings, updates, and completion tracking
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and project documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and systems
  • General office administration and support

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous admin or coordination experience in electrical/trades/construction
  • 3–5 years’ experience using Simpro (essential)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
