We are supporting our client in their search for an Admin/Coordinator for their Maddington office.
About the Role
Join a busy electrical business supporting day-to-day operations across scheduling, coordination, and administration. You’ll be the key link between the office, field teams, and clients, ensuring jobs run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule technicians across multiple projects
- Manage job bookings, updates, and completion tracking
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and project documentation
- Maintain accurate records and systems
- General office administration and support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous admin or coordination experience in electrical/trades/construction
- 3–5 years’ experience using Simpro (essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
