CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead workshop operations, ensuring production, assembly, testing, and delivery targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong industrial, electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing background who enjoys mentoring teams and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workshop activities, assembly, testing, and production schedules
- Lead, mentor, and support workshop personnel and Trade Assistants
- Coordinate labour, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines
- Oversee quality control, testing processes, and documentation requirements
- Maintain a safe, organised, and productive workshop environment
Skills & Experience
- Previous Workshop Supervisor, Leading Hand, Foreman, or Senior Technician experience
- Strong industrial, electrical, mechanical, fabrication, or manufacturing background
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
